Composed of student leaders and community members from across disciplines at the University of Virginia and in Charlottesville, the Buffalo Bureau advocates for the Festival, organizes and participates in enriching extracurricular activities, promotes the mission of Tom Tom and Tom Tom events, and serves in an advisory role to Festival staff.
