Associate Director

 

The Associate Director plays a central leadership role at Tom Tom by tracking projects and deadlines throughout the organization, including programming, marketing, sponsorship, and production. The Associate Director will work closely with the Festival Director to manage the Board and marketing, partnerships and programming teams to vision, develop, and execute diverse Tom Tom events.

Project Manager

 

Working most closely with the Festival Director, the Project Manager plays a central coordinating role at Tom Tom by tracking projects and deadlines throughout the organization, including programming, sponsorship, and production.

Communications Manager

The Communications Manager works extensively with the Director, the Marketing Manager, three marketing interns, and the Programming Team to develop entertaining and informative content across the Festival’s communication channels—both inbound and outbound. These channels include social, email, print, press, blog posts, and advertising, as well as internal memos and newsletters.

Tom Tom’s Fellowship program expands academic rigor into practice-based curriculum in arts, business and society by connecting students with entrepreneurs and thought-leaders throughout the region and empowering real impacts in the community.

Marketing Manager

 

The Marketing Manager will work most closely with the Festival Director and Associate Director. The Marketing Manager will also work with the Communications Coordinator, the Operations Coordinator, three Programming Coordinators, and multiple Fellows, to vision, develop, and execute diverse Tom Tom marketing initiatives.
