The Marketing Manager plays a central communications role at Tom Tom by managing all outbound materials throughout the organization, including social media, website, newsletter, and more.
The Marketing Manager will work most closely with the Festival Director and Associate Director. The Marketing Manager will also work with the Communications Coordinator, the Operations Coordinator, three Programming Coordinators, and multiple Fellows, to vision, develop, and execute diverse Tom Tom marketing initiatives.
The manager will intuitively understand how to encourage the team, take initiative, maintain sensitive and important relationships, facilitate communication throughout the organization, and keep a cool head while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
